*All prices are based on a level system beginning with New Talent and going up to Level 5. Prices vary depending on the stylist level . Our level system is based on demand of time for each stylist and continuing education. It is vital that our stylist’s technical skills are top-level and that they remain current with the latest fashion trends and products.
Prices listed are an estimate and can change with length, texture, and amount of hair being serviced. Every new client will have a consultation with their stylist where style and price will be discussed and a more accurate estimate can be given at that time.
SUNNI JO COURSON
Co-Founder and Colorist
Sunni Jo Courson, is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Atlanta, a Scott Cole Learning Center, where she graduated with Honors and apart of the Phase 2 program. From PMTS, she joined the team at Toni & Guy Perimeter Mall, Atlanta Georgia. At Toni & Guy her passion and growth for color flourished. She moved through her color training in half the time and truly became a Colour Specialist. She began her colour journey with TIGI International Platform Artist, additional Colour Specialist's and TIGI Educators. As she soared with her TIGI team by her side, she continued her education even further and has taken numerous trips to NYC. In NYC she attended one on one trainings with TIGI’s Technical Creative Director, Richy Kandasamy.
Sunni's continued passion for growth has now taken her on a new journey. She is excited about her latest opportunity with her new salon home, Haint Blu Salon. Haint Blu Salon is known for their love of luxury modern style tucked away in cozy, Sandy Springs.
Sunni’s love for colour noticeably continues to flourish and soar daily, within the beautiful works of art she creates. She invites you to be her guest, and visit her at her new home, Haint Blu Salon!
SHANNON GUYTON
Colorist/Stylist
Being originally from Rhode Island , Shannon has been in Atlanta for over 14 years. She has many passions, her 11 year old pitbull named Bella being one of them and being a hairstylist is another. Her love for hair didn’t start until she moved to Atlanta where she attended hair school and started my career at Toni and Guy. She has been a cutting and color specialist for over 10 years. With years of training and many classes, Shannon is known to slay a good bob and can literally can work with any texture. MELISSA IRVING
Colorist/Stylist
Melissa grew up in the hair industry. Working in my mother's salon starting at 12, she feels very strongly that this is a relationship business. She will always be honest with you and expects for her clients to be honest with her.
Melissa went to Paul Mitchell Atlanta and graduated from the phase 2 program. She has travelled all over the US, from California to Kentucky to go to the best classes to keep her on my toes.
She believes that you should never stop learning in this business! She travels all over Atlanta and takes as many online courses as possible. She has a true passion for hair. She prefers dry hair cutting but will always use whatever technique is best to achieve your goal.
This is true for color as well. Melissa is an efficient and artistic person. She's also an open book. Ask her anything! There is no such thing as a stupid question while sitting in her chair!
SHEENA PIERCE
Colorist/Stylist
Sheena Collett Pierce (she/her) has been in the salon industry since January 2004 as a hairstylist and educator. She has traveled to New York, New Orleans and Miami for education, becoming the director of Education for Bob Steele Salons as well as a certified Aveda Color Educator.
Sheena brought her talents to Haint Blu Salon in January 2020 and is proud to be a part of such a great team. Spending time with her husband and dogs, traveling, and volunteering for Global Village Project, a school for refugee teenage girls in Decatur, GA, keep Sheena busy in her free time. She finds an open, honest, and realistic relationship with clients most valuable behind the chair where she does cutting, color and keratin smoothing treatments. ALYSON TAYLOR
Colorist/Stylist
An Atlanta native with over 10 years of experience in the industry, Alyson especially loves creating color and cuts that are tailored to each client and that will last. She is extremely attentive and passionate about her work; coupled with her inviting personality, you’re sure to feel right at home in her chair!
To speak on Alyson’s experience, she is well versed in the balayage technique, lived in cuts and dimensional color. Throughout Her career, she has taken many advanced training courses with some of the industry’s top stylists; Jaime Sea, Dominick Serna, Michelle Porumb to name a few and also draws inspiration from every artist she’s had the pleasure of working with.
Alyson enjoys unique food and traveling to other parts of the world which helps her stay humble, modern and innovative! Don’t hesitate to book with Alyson.
KRISTOPHER STUBBS
Stylist
A native to Atlanta, but citizen of the world. Kris brings all his passion and enthusiasm with him, wherever he lands. Gathering experience since 2007 in the industry, he is sure to help bring life to your style.
Founder of the hair without boarders project in 2017,he has since let volunteer expeditions across Southeast Asia to help empower those without access to advanced hairstyling education and resources.
An avid traveler/adventurer, Muay Thai practitioner, photographer, and soap/candle maker, you are sure to find something interesting to talk about while receiving your service.
TAYLOR WOOD
Stylist/Colourist
Taylor Wood (she/her) has been in the salon industry since 2018. Having attended Paul Mitchell The School - Charleston and graduating from their Phase 2 Honors program. She specializes in Custom Color, Blonding, Balayage, and enjoys taking on color corrections so that you can have your dream hair! Taylor is constantly striving to become a better stylist every day and continuously mastering her craft behind the chair.
You can find her outside the salon usually with her head in her Kindle, in the kitchen working on the latest viral Tiktok recipe, jamming to Taylor Swift in the car, or spending quality time with her husband and their daughter.
